The Challenge: Outdated Systems and Complex Workflows.
When the client approached us, their existing solutions felt outdated and complicated, making it difficult for teachers and administrators to manage daily operations. The challenge was to create a platform that was not only functional but also intuitive, responsive, and accessible to multiple user groups including admins, teachers, students, and parents.
Our solution focused on crafting a clean SaaS dashboard supported by role-based access. The Admin Control Panel allows administrators to manage teachers, courses, and overall performance in one place. Teacher Tools were designed to streamline assigning courses, grading, and tracking student progress. The Student Dashboard gives learners access to lessons, quizzes, and assignments from any device, while the Parent Access module provides real-time visibility into academic progress and teacher feedback.
Alongside the dashboard, we designed and developed a Webflow landing page that showcased the platform’s features and benefits. This landing page was optimized for SEO and conversions, with clear messaging, structured content, and responsive design to attract schools searching for a modern management system.
The development process began in Figma, where we carefully mapped out the user flows and interface design. From there, we built the product in Webflow, ensuring fast performance, responsive layouts, and easy content management for the client. By applying best practices in UI/UX design, SEO optimization, and Webflow development, we created a scalable system that the client could continue to grow.
The impact was immediate: the SaaS product now provides a smooth experience across all user roles, reducing complexity and improving engagement. The landing page has positioned the product as a competitive solution in the education technology space, helping the client attract and onboard new users.
